Cheat meals? Are they important or are they just an excuse for you to binge? I implement this one rule when it comes to my client and myself, ‘you’ve gotta earn it’. If you’ve been on the desired amount of deficit throughout the week and have been 100% on point, it’s a good thing to indulge a little over a meal and have foods that aren’t usually on your meal plan. Was craving for cakes and donuts so I decided to indulge in some crepe cake (2 slices) and half a dozen donuts.
